DRY FLUXING TREATMENT METHOD FOR METALLIC SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying dry fluxing treatment to a metallic surface of one or more soldering components. SOLUTION: The treatment contains (a) a process for supplying one or more soldering components which is connected to a first electrode 3 as a target assembly 4; (b) a process for providing a second electrode 2 which is adjacent to the target assembly 4; (c) a process for supplying a gas mixture 6 containing reducing gas between the first and second electrodes 2 and 3; (d) a process which applies the DC voltage to the first and second electrodes 2 and 3, applies electrodes to the reducing gas, and generates the reducing gas having ions which are electrically charged to negative; and (e) a process which contacts the target assembly 4 with the reducing gas having the ions electrically charged to negative and reduces oxide on the target assembly 4.
