PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice maker capable of determining the completion of ice making without requiring an ice making pan temperature sensor, and a freezer refrigerator having this ice maker. SOLUTION: This ice maker predetermines a correlation between a detecting temperature of an ice making pan, a detecting temperature of a temperature detecting sensor for a refrigerating chamber, and integral operation time of an air blower. Since a control device is constituted so as to determine the completion of ice making on the basis of an estimated ice making pan temperature by estimating the ice making pan temperature by the correlation from the integral operation time of the air blower and the detecting temperature of the temperature detecting sensor for the refrigerating chamber, the completion of ice making in the ice making pan can be determined without requiring a sensor for detecting a temperature of the ice making pan so that the costs of the ice maker and the freezer refrigerator can be reduced.
