PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily embody a predetermined connection condition, when an oil buffer is being mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A rubber bush 1 is provided with a raised ridge 1a that projects from an outer peripheral side at an inner peripheral side of one end of the rubber bush 1 and is inserted into a fitting hole B1, drilled in a vehicle body B. The outer peripheral edge of the raised ridge 1a serves as a guiding potion 1b, when the raised edge 1a is fitted into the fitting hole B1.
