<p>Collaboration between clients is conducted on an arbitrary content on a network. A collaboration system connected to the Internet includes a server and clients. A redirect program is resident in each client so as to monitor a URL transition event. If a URL transition event occurs, the redirect program captures the event and instructs the browser to cancel the URL transition event. Thereafter the URL transition redirected to the server. In response to the URL transition event, the server acquires a content from a web server. An applet for synchronization is added to the acquired content, and the content is transmitted to the client. Since a content is always acquired through a collaboration server, collaboration between clients can be realized.</p> |
