Heat storage system, for low cost heating system, has cubic shaped loose bulk granulate as latent heat body between heat exchanger elements

The heat storage system uses flat and three-dimensional latent heat accumulators (1) which mainly work in the low temperature range. The latent heat body which forms the latent storage material is cubic shaped with paraffin-impregnated granulate (5) supplied in loose bulk form with a bulk density of 1 to 6cm between the heat exchanger elements (4) of the latent heat accumulators. The latent storage material can be paraffin whose melting temperature is in the region of -40 to 120 degrees Celsius.
