PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencing ventilating device that is installed in a limited space such as the inside of a sleeve (inside of a ventilating hole) formed in a wall of a building, exhibits a high silencing effect for high frequency noise and low frequency noise from an arterial road or a railway, has low ventilation resistance, does not require electronic control, and is easily mountable. SOLUTION: This silencing ventilating device comprises a low frequency silencing part 12 that engages with the inside of the ventilating hole and includes a silencing chamber 12b, and a high frequency silencing part 14 connected to the low frequency silencing part. The low frequency silencing part 12 and the high frequency silencing part 14 have cylindrical first air passage 12a and second air passage 14a disposed in the central part. The high frequency silencing part 14 has a sound absorbing material such as a porous material or floccurent body, and the low frequency silencing part 12 has the silencing chamber 12b for performing silencing by extension or resonance. |
