SOLUTION: The tacky optical member provided with a light transmission diffusion tacky layer (a) containing transparent colorless particles on at least an one-sided face of an optical element through a light transmission tacky layer (b), is characterized in that a ratio (Ea)/(Eb) of a tension elasticity modulus (Ea) of the diffusion tacky layer (a) to a tension elasticity modulus of the tacky layer (b) is 1 or greater.
