SOLUTION: A lead wire 4 is directly connected to a receiving board 5 from a measuring device 6, a surface 5a of the receiving board is treated so that a cut face 4b of the lead wire 4 and the surface 5a of the receiving board 5 are flushed with each other, and the surface of the cut face of the lead wire is treated by gold plating and the like to be directly connectable with the probe 2.
