PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for creating a low-altitude flight path that can create an optimum flight path having high responsibility, which enables an actual flight to a variety of factors frequently changed. SOLUTION: Clearance to ground in a vertical and a horizontal directions to a continuous valley is satisfied by searching a continuous mountain ridge and the valley having a high hidden effect based on a requirement and map data restricting the determination of a path between each way-point. Then clearance to ground in a horizontal direction is satisfied in an altitude band of a path between vertical way-points determined by calculating a flyable area in a vertical direction that the ability of the mobility of an aircraft is satisfied. A flyable boundary line in a horizontal direction, which is approached to the continuous mountain ridge as much as possible, is calculated and simplified, and then a path between horizontal way-points is determined by converting into a linear orbit and a curved orbit. Similarly to the determination these paths between the vertical and the horizontal way-points, a vertical connection path and a horizontal connection path are determined and a plurality of paths between way-points and connection paths are made to a database. A three-dimensional flight planning path is prepared by selecting an optimum path to a variety of path changing factors to connect it. |
