PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flanged nut capable of correcting a slant with light force and preventing generation of a scuffing phenomenon by means of a guide of a first tapered hole though the flanged nut is slanted to a bolt, preventing a rotation-preventive projected portion located on an outer diameter from turning to a loosening direction of the flanged nut, improving axial force by a seat face located on an inner diameter, and preventing looseness of the flanged nut after fastened. SOLUTION: The flanged nut 10 is connected together with a first tapered hole 25 which is larger than the diameter of a female screw 15 at an inner diameter side of the seat surface 13 and increases in diameter toward the seat surface 13. A multi-stage tapered hole 16 is arranged on the flanged nut by connecting together a small-diameter hole of the first tapered hole with the female screw in a second tapered hole 22. A plurality of the rotation-preventive projected portion 14 are arranged on the seat surface 13. The projected portion 14 is arranged by pulling to the side of an outer diameter direction against the center C of width between the inner diameter and outer diameter of the seat surface.
