PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated temporary ceiling for curing, having a closing part that is quick to open and restore, while preventing formation of gaps and sagging, and a method of forming it. SOLUTION: The decorated temporary ceiling for curing comprises a bed material for securing a ceiling board of an existing building thereto, to which material a hook-and-loop fastener having a pair of fastening surfaces is secured on the side opposite to one of the fastening surfaces, and a curing mesh sheet to the end of which the side of the hook-and-loop fastener opposite to the other of the fastening surfaces is secured. The curing mesh sheet is secured to the bed material by the hook-and-loop fastener and construction work is carried out up to the upper surface of the ceiling.
