PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design property and appearance property of a external corner member by matching patterns of a plane wall material and the external corner member of a residence and a building. SOLUTION: A metallic wall material executed on the plane wall material of the residence and the building is used as raw material, the metallic wall material is cut to a predetermined length, the external corner member having a substantially V shaped cutting surface or a substantially W shaped cutting surface at a predetermined position is formed, and both ends of the external corner member are folded at right angle to form side edges. Thus, the patterns of the facings of the metallic wall material and the projected corner member can be matched. The design property and appearance property can be therefore improved, and water-tightness can be secured.
