PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation signal transmission system of a vehicle for high lift work capable of reducing the weight of a boom without lowering reliability of signal transmission, and enlarging the permissible work range to heighten work efficiency. SOLUTION: This operation signal transmission system is equipped with a first control valve driving means 80 for proportional-driving control valves V1, V2, V3, V4 by transmitting a boom operation signal output by the operation of a boom operating lever 41 and a work bench oscillating operation signal output by the operation of a work bench oscillation operating lever 42 with a radio communication device 81, a second control valve driving means 90 for on-off driving the control valves V1, V2, V3, V4 by transmitting both operation signals output by the operation of the both operating levers 41, 42 with a signal transmission cable 91, and a selector 100 for selecting between the first control valve driving means 80 and the second control valve driving means 90 to transmit the operating signals to the control valves V1, V2, V3, V4.
