PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a projecting part of a brake operating device in the vicinity of a brake from being collided with an object on a traveling road surface while a vehicle is traveling in a braking device of a saddle-riding type vehicle comprising a brake for a rear wheel supported by a rear end part of a rear arm, and the brake operating device which is projected from the brake side to apply the brake by the input of the braking force. SOLUTION: The rear arm 25 is pivotably supported by a body frame 3 so that a rear part side of the rear arm 25 is vertically oscillated, a rear wheel 32 is supported by the rear end part of the rear arm 25 so as to be rotatable around the axis 30 extending in the width direction of a vehicle body 2, and a brake to brake the rear wheel 32 is supported. A brake operating device 48 which is protruded from the brake side and can apply the brake by the input of the brake operating force is provided. A lowest end part of the brake operating device 48 in the vicinity of the brake 47 is located above a lower edge of the rear end part of the rear arm 25.
