PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an mounting structure for an instrument panel reinforce capable of maintaining efficient steering corresponding to the high speed of a vehicle by enhancing vertical resonance and rotational resonance of steering at the same time. SOLUTION: Between a horizontally provided pipe 1 fixed passing through an instrument panel with the axis in the vehicle width direction and the upper side of a floor, an L-shaped brace 5 offset from the horizontally provided pipe 1 is combined, and an air conditioner 3 placed under the instrument panel is combined with the horizontally provided pipe 1, the brace 5 and a brace 9 on a front passenger seat side.
