PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive automatic adjustment of a cabin pressure by installing an adjusting mechanism for changing an open dimension depending on the cabin pressure on an air supply discharge part or an exhaust suction part of a ventilator. SOLUTION: A plate 31 for adjusting the cabin pressure and an elastic body 33 are installed on an air inlet 32. The plate 31 moves in response to a change of an air pressure to the plate 31, and the open dimension of the air inlet 32 is automatically changed. Thereby, an exhaust air quantity is changed and the cabin pressure is adjusted.
