PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove all of vertical louver pieces from an air outlet by making it possible to remove other louver pieces connected to a motor. SOLUTION: In this wall mounted air conditioner, the vertical louvers 28 are provided at the air outlet 21 surrounded by a scroll part 17 and tongues 19. The motor 40 is mounted on the back of the scroll part 17 with its driveshaft protruding into the air outlet 21 and the vertical louver 28 is constructed of the vertical louver piece 29 detachably attached to the driveshaft of the motor 40, a plurality of vertical louver pieces 30 rotatably attached to one baseplate, and connecting bars 32 and 33 for connecting and synchronizing all the vertical louver pieces 29 and 30 with each other. The baseplate 31 is removably fixed to the surface of the scroll part 17 via a fixture. |
