PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antipruritic drug useful for remedy of pruritus of a disease accompanying various pruritus. SOLUTION: This antipruritic drug includes an opioid k receptor agonist compound expressed by general formula (VI) and a salt of its pharmacologically permissible acid adduct as an active ingredient. [X and Y are each independently H or Cl, Z is CH2 , O, or S. And the general formula (VI) includes a (+) isomer, a (-) isomer and (±) isomers].
