PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition for the oral cavity, capable of giving an excellent feeling, by lightening the bitter tastes of conventional tertiary ammonium salt cationic antibacterial agents and plasmin antagonists, having excellent storage stability, and capable of being suitably used in preventing and improving periodontal diseases. SOLUTION: This liquid composition for the oral cavity is compounded from the tertiary ammonium salt-type cationic antibacterial agent, and/or the plasmin antagonist, and maltitol.
