PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collision accidents with obstacles of a flying object such as a helicopter. SOLUTION: GPS signal receivers 11, 21 are provided in a helicopter 10 and a ground station 20, respectively, for correctly detecting the position of the helicopter 10 using GPS signals from a GPS satellite 30. Satellite communicators 12, 22 are also provided in the helicopter 10 and the ground station 20, respectively, for transmitting/receiving control data between the data communication satellite 40 and each of them. The coordinates of the obstacles 50 including steel towers and feeders are previously input so that too close approach of the helicopter 10 to the obstacles 50 is avoided by alarming or automatic control.
