PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems on a conventional method using a filler mold for providing a bit support, that the mold is liable to be damaged because the filler mold for the bit support is fixed to a conventional mold, and it takes time for finishing the filler mold part because the mold in which the filler mold is mounted is used for molding a bulwark. SOLUTION: The bit support 21b is embedded in the bulwark 19 for fixing bits 23, 26 as mooring members for a ship, and a cover 28 having no hole in the bit support 21b and covers 22, 25 having holes are replaceably mounted to the bit support 21b.
