PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open/close device which is capable of keeping room temperature constant as much as possible even when a parson and an article are transferred into and out of a cabin of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle W is equipped with a lift device L having a platform 4 on which a wheelchair can be loaded. An opening part M functioning as an entrance of a platform 4 is provided with a curtain 1 which is opened and closed in accordance with the motion of the platform 4 passing through the opening part M. Thereby the time of air communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle by opening the curtain is limited to a minimal time required for the platform 4 to pass through the opening section M. Thus, inflow from the open air to the inside of the vehicle can be minimized and its indoor temperature can be kept constanct.
