The gymnastic cushion, for muscle exercise, is a double cushion (14) with a left (1) and a right (2) rubber cushion. The interiors (5,6) of the two cushions are inflated with a filling (3) of air, liquid or a gel. The two cushions are linked together by a bridge with a foot pump (12) with an adjustable reducing valve (11).
