The apparatus has a measurement nozzle (7) with outlet opening located in a reference surface and a reference nozzle (5). A compressed air source provides certain feed pressure of air to acquire flow rate, pressure and speed of an upstream air of the measurement nozzle. The outlet surface of reference nozzle can be adjusted incrementally or continuously.
