The present invention relates to peptides from scorpion,the said peptides showed analgesic antitumor effect,to the fragments and analogs and derivates of the peptides,and to the method of producing them and the use thereof.The present scorpion analgesic antitumor peptides are extracted,isolated,purified from scorpion or scorpion venom.The analgesic antitumor peptides from scorpion and the fragments and analogs and derivates thereof can be obtained by chemical synthesis or genetic engineering methods.The scorpion analgesic antitumor peptides and the fragments and analogs and derivates thereof can act as analgesic antitumor agents.
