<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a freshness holding box capable of uniformly cooling the interior of a box main body as a whole and, moreover, being manufactured even with a plate material, with regard to a freshness holding box to be used for holding the freshness of vegetables, fruit, meat, and others requiring the holding of freshness. SOLUTION: The freshness holding box is composed of a square box main body B, whose upper portion is open, and a lid box L having side walls, which cover side walls of the box main body B. The freshness holding box has a structure that the side walls of both the box main body B and the lid box L are respectively provided with air holes 5-8, 5L-8L which are asymmetrical and whose corresponding positions are in agreement with one another, and that when the lid box is turned at 180 degrees to cover the box main body, the positions of the respective air holes 5-8, 5L-8L are not brought into agreement with one another, and the air holes are closed.</p> |
