<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing used for a rotary seat and a manufacturing method for a raceway of a rolling body in which a soft zone on a raceway causing fatigue flaking does not remain even though a high frequency quenching is applied to the raceway of a raceway ring in the rolling bearing used for the rotary seat. SOLUTION: Upon heating the entire periphery of a raceway surface 3 by means of a high frequency coil 41 for an outer ring at the same time, the soft zone applied no heat treatment is not left on the raceway surface 3, and wear on the raceway is prevented by sufficiently standing for repeated passages of balls. Upon smoothly carrying out revolution of the balls around the raceway of the raceway ring, generation of noises caused by revolution and spinning of the balls can be prevented.</p> |
