PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a coreless band-coil in transportation. SOLUTION: An annular protective board 2 in a transportation protective board 1 has an outer diameter larger than that of a band coil 100, and a plurality of notches 3 are formed on the periphery of the board 2 in order to catch bounding bands. The boards 1 are fit to the sides of the band coil, and bundling bands 6 are passed through a hollow part 102 of the band coil. In the state in which the bands 6 are caught in the notches 3, the coil is tied to prevent the band coil 100 from deforming or getting out of shape during its transportation. The coil can be set on a packing machine with the protective boards 1 fit to the band coil 100.
