PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated resistor measuring device for an air flow rate having high accuracy, reliability, and excellent mountability at a low price. SOLUTION: The heated resistor measuring device for the air flow rate is composed of a flow meter body 86 and a measuring part 87, where a housing 3 containing an electronic circuit 6 and a sub-passage member 4 having a heated resistor 1 in an air sub-passage are individually divided and formed to be fixed. In the measuring part 87, the connector 32 of the housing 3, a frame body 31, and the sub-passage member 4 are formed to a flat shape. The measuring part 87 is inserted from an insertion hole 83 to arrange the heated resistor 1 in the main air passage 81. Then the fixing flange 36 of the housing 3 is installed on the flow meter body 86.
