PAPER SPLICING DEVICE, CORRUGATING MACHINE AND PAPER FEEDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for preparation and increase the rate of operation of a machine by eliminating manual operations and enhancing automation in the preparation work of a paper splicing process. SOLUTION: The paper splicing device comprises a paper splicing part for pasting and splicing an old base paper delivered out of a rolled base paper to the end of a new base paper 54a delivered out of the other rolled base paper 54 and a paper feeder 8 for feeding the new base paper 54a from the other rolled base paper 54 to the paper splicing part. The paper feeder 8 is provided with a paper feeding roll 11 disposed along the axial direction of the rolled base paper 54 and abutting the surface of the other rolled base paper 54 to rotate the rolled base paper 54 and a pair of scooping members 36 and 36 for scooping the ends of the rolled base paper 54 while slidingly abutting on the surface of the other rolled base paper 54.
