PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of performing hybridizing reaction, immune reaction and the like on site in a short time. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a micro-reacting means capable of selecting a specific micro-area in the sample and performing the reacting operation such as hybridizing reaction only to the part. Therefore, the hybridizing reaction, immune reaction and the like can be quickly performed on the sample such as a smear cell sample and a tissue section sample. Further the amount of reagent liquid can be reduced. The localization of gene and antibody and a cell image can be quickly and easily compared.
