PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of production for polyurethane urea elastomer keeping process stability and imparting an elastomer with small dispersion of properties by controlling polymerization behavior in a polymerization reaction. SOLUTION: This invention provides the method of production for polyurethane urea elastomer with small dispersion of properties, which comprises estimating the remaining amino group equivalence on real time and continuously by measuring electric conductivity in the polymer solution, controlling viscosity of the polymer solution by adjusting addition amount of an organic diamino compound which is added as a chain extender based on the detected value of the remaining amino groups, and keeping high postpolymerisation reactivity of the polyurethane urea by adjusting the remaining amino group equivalence.
