PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibacterial, antifungal and insect proof bodies capable of preventing proliferation of bacteria, preventing occurrence of fungi and further preventing occurrence of insect pests. SOLUTION: Many granular bodies 4 having many communicating holes 3 which communicate with a surface part 2 are formed by crushing a porous raw material 1 such as lava and these many granular bodies 4 are impregnated with a composition composed of the antibacterial and antifungal agent and a volatile solvent, and the volatile solvent is removed therefrom by evaporation, and an antibacterial and antifungal agent layer 5 is fixed on the surface part 2 and into the communicating holes 3 of the granular bodies to form the granular bodies 6 having antibacterial and antifungal agent.
