PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi particle preparation, especially a tablet or a capsule including a pharmaceutically permissible substrate, a diluent or a vehicle with the exception of atorvastatin calcium and calcium carbonate, which has an adjusting means of biological rate of utilization of the atorvastatin calcium by controlling releasing rate from the multi particle preparation. SOLUTION: The releasing rate and the biological rate of utilization can be optimized by using a proper amount of a proper biomodulator to the preparation.
