PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer drive unit capable of reducing feedback loops in the drive unit to prevent the disturbance from interference of each feedback. SOLUTION: For an input signal Vs of a temperature sensor 33, the unit uses a function circuit 30 to simulate the temperature characteristics of an internal impedance contained in a piezoelectric vibrator 1, and then generates a drive signal SD based on this simulation result so as to drive the piezoelectric vibrator 1 at a constant output amplitude even if any temperature change occurs. Thus feedback loops can be reduced without requiring use of AGC circuit, allowing an easier control of disturbance, etc. |
