<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection rationalization system and a rationalization inspection device enhanced in efficiency for an inspection process, and allowing inspection separately from a product. SOLUTION: In this system, an identification number 3 of a work 2 imparted with the identification number 3 is read by a scanner 7a, a prescribed inspection portion of the work 2 is image-picked up by a CCD camera 4, and the identification number and an image picked-up data are stored in a memory 6a, in an image picking-up process; quality is determined based on a memory 11 for reading out the image picked-up data the identification number by the identification number and an image thereof, and a determination result is stored in a memory 10 in the every identification number, in an inspection process; and the identification number of the product is read by a scanner 7b, and a non- defective is fed into a production line 1b by a classifier based on the determination result, in a feed process.</p> |
