<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device which allows along work distance, which is easy to operate, which has a small light condensing means, and which enables microscopic marking. SOLUTION: The laser marking device comprises a semiconductor laser to radiate a laser beam 2, the light condensing means 3 to condense the laser beam, an aperture 8 installed on the light path of the laser beam, and a scanning means to scan the focusing spot 7 of the laser beam on a processing product. The aperture comprises a transmission part the diameter of which is smaller than the light emitting part 6 of the semiconductor laser. The light condensing means 3 has at least one imaging point in addition to the focusing spot on the processing product, and the aperture can be installed near the imaging point.</p> |
