PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall material mounting fitting and a construction structure capable of absorbing manufacturing error of an external wall material, suppressing deviation and play in finish when construction is completed, and absorbing an impact for the external wall material. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the external wall material 2 stretched on a surface of a skeleton 3, this external wall material mounting fitting 1 is constituted in such a way that it is provided with a fitting body 11 fixed to the skeleton 3, a tongue receive part 12 holding a tongue part 21 of the external wall material 2, and a groove receive part 13 holding a groove part 22 of the other external wall material 2 opposing to the tongue part 21, the tongue receive part 12 can hold the tongue part 21 larger than a design dimension D1 of the tongue part 21, the tongue part 21 held in the tongue receive part 12 is energized in the direction A by a spring part 12a, the groove receive part 13 can hold the groove part 22 larger than a design dimension D2 of the groove part 22, and the groove part 22 held in the groove receive part 13 is energized in the direction B by a spring piece 13a.
