PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel cleaning liquid composition having cleaning functions sufficiently, and even if an equipment for a polyurethane resin or epoxy resin is reopend under the condition that the equipment is wet with the cleaning liquid, the cleaning fluid does not impart any adverse effect at all to the physical properties of the above obtained resins. SOLUTION: This cleaning liquid composition contains (A) 2 to 98 pts.wt. of benzyl alcohol and (B) 2 to 98 pts.wt. of glycol ethers, and the sum of the components (A) and (B) is 60 wt.% or more of the whole composition.
