PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a tonneau board support structure for vehicle, by which a cargo mounting space can be effectively used and article storing efficiency in a luggage room is improved. SOLUTION: In the tonneau board support structure for vehicle to partition a luggage room of the vehicle, a recessed part 12 having a depth equal to the thickness of the tonneau board 13 is formed at one upper part at opposite sides of wheel houses 10 in the luggage room 11 of the vehicle, the tonneau board 13 has a rectangular board shape with its width nearly equal to the space between the wheel houses 10 at the opposite sides and a protruded part 14 to be engaged with the recessed part 12 of the wheel houses 10 is formed at opposite sides, and the tonneau board 14 is made to be supported by the wheel houses 10 by having the protruded part 14 of the tonneau board 13 to be engaged with the recessed part 12 of the wheel houses 10.
