Uses of PBH1 in the diagnosis and therapeutic treatment of prostate cancer

Described herein are methods that can be used for diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer. Also described herein are methods that can be used to screen candidate bioactive agents for the ability to modulate prostate cancer. Additionally, methods and molecular targets (genes and their products) for therapeutic intervention in prostate and other cancers are described.
