<p>A color reproduction system for calculating a display signal by the Lagrange's method of undetermined coefficients or the reduced gradient method. This display signal whereby a signal calculating section (22) minimizes a difference of two squares between a subject spectrum and a display spectrum of a remaining degree of freedom under the constricting condition that the colorimetric value of the subject spectrum calculated by a colorimetric value calculating section (21) agrees with that of the display spectrum of a six-elementary-color display (3).</p> |
