<p>The present invention refers to an innovation portable and dischargeable device destined to the collection and discharge of material inside a plastic bag, at the same time that it protects the user hands against accidental contact with the material. The device comprises a shovel (1), whose handle (12) and sides (13) are foldable against the scoop (11), and the bottom of the bag (2) is solidary to the shovel's handle (12), the bag being rolled up against the shovel (1), forming a small portable volume that can be transported inside purses or in the pocket of the user's clothes. The bag (2) can present, optionally, string (21) around its opening, which through a small traction force pleads the plastic in this region of the bag and, as result, closes it. Alternatively, the bag (2) can be closed through a small plastic-covered of wire for torsion around the bag's (2) opening. Also alternatively, the shovel's (1') scoop (11') can have a central crease (14') that allows a second folding. A cover can involve the set of the folded shovel (1) with the plastic bag (2) rolled up, in order to keep the device coherent, the cover being discharged after the device is opened. Also, alternatively, the device can be provided with a spatula to ease the collection of the material.</p> |
