PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying obstacle recognizing system and its method using a satellite image for warning obstacle information. SOLUTION: This altitudinal view information providing system 2 comprises a satellite image analysis processor 3 and an altitudinal view information storage device 4. The satellite image analysis processor 3 extracts digital altitude model information having topographical data and sharp tower building data from stereo paired satellite image information different in resolution, photographed by an observatory satellite 9 on an earth revolution orbit, and satellite high-resolution image information processed based on the satellite image information. The altitudinal view information storage device 4 stores altitudinal view information obtained by synthesizing the information in an altitudinal view information database.
