PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately print onto cards. SOLUTION: Images are printed by a printer onto a printing medium having a mark. The printer includes an optical sensor, a supply part, a controller and a printing part. The optical sensor functions to generate a signal on the basis of a mark position of the printing medium to the optical sensor. The supply part functions to supply the printing medium. The controller functions to control supplying the printing medium based on the signal. The printing part functions to print images onto the printing medium. |
