<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical air-cooled apparatus and a system for carbonization and fractional distillation in which smoke developed in a carbonization oven can inexpensively and efficiently be subjected to cooling and liquefying without using the conventional heat pump and freezer. SOLUTION: The apparatus has the carbonization oven which carbonizes a woody biomass under a poor oxygen supply, at least one fractional distillator in which the smoke containing an organic component developed in the oven is subjected to the cooling and liquefying and the component is fractionally distilled according to boiling points and an exhaust pipe line which discharges the non-fractionally distillated residual smoke materials to an outside air. In the apparatus, an outside air pipe line which drains cooled air to the fractional distillator is equipped and the smoke at high temperature is subjected to the cooling and liquefying by contacting with the outside air pipe line.</p> |
