HOUSING OF BALANCING UNIT FOR ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing of a balancing unit for an engine which is so improved as to form an oil path without causing an increase in manufacturing man-hours. SOLUTION: At least one part of an oil path (an axial oil path 32) to supply a lubricant to an hole of bearing is formed at a connecting face of one wall (31U.31L) each other of an upper and lower housing in a housing of a balancing unit (4) for an engine which is consisted of an upper housing (14U) and a lower housing (14L) split above and below and a hole of bearing (22a to 22d) which supports a balancer shaft (13L.13R) formed between connecting faces of both housing. By this, a relatively complicated oil path can be easily formed at casting and molding. Further, the reduction in manufacturing man-hours is realized since no plug becomes necessary without opening the end of oil path onto the outside of housing.
