PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent antistatic film having excellent antistatic ability for the packaging of electronic circuit boards and electronic parts; the packaging and covering of electronic, medical or precision instruments; the dustproof packaging of medicinal drugs, cosmetics and food; the packaging of dangerous materials; and so on. SOLUTION: The film is composed of at least a monolayer film of 10μm or larger in thickness comprising a polyolefin composition containing 0.01% to 5% of polymer charge-transfer bonded body comprising an organic boron polymer compound represented by structural formula (1). By this, the antistatic ability is improved.
