PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a condenser and a carburetor while improving heat transfer efficiency and maintenability. SOLUTION: A flat plate having a plurality of through-holes 11a arranged in parallel to each other is used for a condensing part 11 and an evaporating part 21, and a coolant is condensed and evaporated when it is passed through the through-holes, whereby improving the heat transfer efficiency and reducing size. The condensing part 11 and the evaporating part 21 are mounted on a heat absorbing part 19 and an external heat source 29 by a clamp 14 or the like, whereby keeping the heat transfer efficiency and facilitating fitting.
