PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow stabilizer enabling to form and arrange without flattening a pipe and making the pipe uneven in thickness even in a narrow space with parts entangled complicatedly. SOLUTION: A conventional hollow stabilizer shown in the figure 3 (a) is formed by respective two-dimensional bending in a plane C and a plane Y from a point a to a point B in the figure and three dimensional bending by combining the bending in each of the planes. On the other hand, this hollow stabilizer is formed by the three dimensional bending so as to form an approximate spiral shape from the point A to the point B, as shown in the figure 3 (b).
